These terms apply when you browse busiquip.co.ls, request information or a quotation, or submit an online order request.
Website information
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Product images and specifications are indicative. Availability, final pricing, delivery, installation, warranties, and service scope are confirmed in a written BusiQuip quotation or order confirmation.
Orders and quotations
Submitting an inquiry or order request does not by itself create a binding sale. An order is accepted when BusiQuip confirms availability, price, collection or delivery arrangements, and payment requirements. We may correct obvious pricing, stock, or descriptive errors before acceptance.
Payments
Card payments are processed on PayFast’s hosted service. M-Pesa orders require confirmation by the BusiQuip team. Never send card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time codes through the contact form, chatbot, email, or WhatsApp.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, and BusiQuip branding belong to BusiQuip Ltd. Third-party names, logos, product images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify compatible products and partnerships.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use automated tools in a way that degrades availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BusiQuip is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use or temporary unavailability of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
